Apply generously balm on damp free(dry surface) nipple and areola of the breast.For best effective results,soon after applying the balm try to latch on and let baby taste the balm(make sure that baby is fully awake).You will notice that baby starts refusing your breast.Repeat many times as needed.
Can apply on pacifier and thumb as well!
